As a business traveler and a globetrotter, an avid eater and a humble cook Olga extensively traveled around Russia and Ukraine, Italy and Germany, Scandinavia and the Balkans, India and Kyrgyzstan, Turkey and Morocco. On every trip getting to know local cuisine and best places to sample it was an important travel purpose and sometimes the only one. After the many hours spent at the kitchens of restaurants and hospitable locals, numerous dishes of culinary delights tasted and countless glasses of local wines sampled she decided to trade her business traveler role for making business out of travel. She found herself in love with Istanbul, its fascinating energy, hospitable people and fantastic food, and started gastronomic tours to the Turkish capital.
She is currently sharing her time between Moscow and Istanbul: in Moscow she holds cooking classes where she shares cooking secrets and tales from her travels; in Istanbul she is happily introducing visitors of the Turkish capital to the delights of one of the worlds' richest cuisines and food cultures.
